Überzeichneter Fonds mit mehr als dem zweifachen Kapital des VorgängervehikelsNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blackstone (NYSE: BX) meldete heute die endgültige Schließung von Blackstone Capital Partners Asia III („BCP Asia III”) mit 13,1 Milliarden USD, womit das Ziel von 10 Milliarden USD übertroffen wurde. Damit ist der Fonds die größte Private-Equity-Mittelbeschaffung des Unternehmens in der Region. Der überzeichnete Fonds erreichte seine feste Obergrenze und baut auf der starken Leistung der ersten beiden Ausgaben der Strategie auf, wobei die Schließung mehr als das Zweifache der für das Vorgängervehikel beschafften Kapitalmenge repräsentiert.

Oversubscribed Fund More than Doubles Capital Raised for Predecessor VehicleNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blackstone (NYSE: BX) today announced the final close of Blackstone Capital Partners Asia III (“BCP Asia III”) at $13.1 billion, exceeding its $10 billion target and marking the firm's largest private equity fundraise in the region.
